Amiee Postle

Aimee Postle is a Senior Teaching Fellow and Team Coach at Aston Business School, Aston University, where she is Programme Director for BSc Business Enterprise Development and the new BSc Business, Enterprise and Innovation degree. She is passionate about enterprise education, coaching and experiential learning, with a particular interest in Team Academy pedagogy, entrepreneurial capability and inclusive learning. Aimee has led a range of enterprise education initiatives and university-business collaborations, working with students, entrepreneurs and SMEs. She also serves on the Akatemia Board and contributes to enterprise education scholarship and practice through research, conference presentations and sector engagement.
