Activity:

This session uses a case study to explain core elements of business creation and growth, especially when the founder is still a core part of the management team. To understand this we use two frameworks, the first is the 9 stages of venture creation and the second is Kirchkoff’s growth-innovation matrix. This provides opportunities with the aid of video to discus and explore the two frameworks based on a real business.
